hello I'm Marcel

I am lifetime athlete, who understands the importance of guidance to keep your health in check. Current Strongman competitor, a Kinesiology student, and simply a person who loves sports and wants to share his love for the sport and knowledge. I decided to help people with their gym experience as much as I can, because I believe, that there are a lot of misconceptions. I am here to help everyone who wants to become better. That is why I works with other professionals in the field as well to be able to secure the best possible informations, which can be delivered to you.

Honesty – that will be the main block of our relationship.

It is mainly, because I am aware that life can be unpredictable and not everything will always go as planned. See, when that happens, do not worry, just be honest about it and everything else can be adjusted or figured out in the process.

1 on 1 coaching

Main gym is Iron Throne in Surrey, but it can be adjusted based on our communication and availibility. Session will be based on previous assessment.

On purchase, you will get 1 session credits for PT session (do not expire)

Online coaching

  • 3 month coaching focused on gaining strength without countless hours in a gym
  • Consultation about your goals and expectations
  • Assessing your fitness level
  • Tailoring workout plan for your needs
  • Ongoing support throughout your plan

  • Hints for your improvement
  • Regular check-ins and feedback report

In person coaching

Combination of online and in person is simply the most beneficial for improvement. You will get all benefits of online coaching spiced up with in person training session.
